BEHIND Cleveland spent an afternoon with Lauren R. Welch — RTA board member, marketing maven, founder of The Women’s Leadership Guild. Beginning her career with prestigious clients like the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and Reebok, she went on to found The Women’s Leadership Guild, a Cleveland-based organization empowering women of color.
